Influence of pivot support stiffness on dynamic characteristics of vertical rotor system

چکیده

The pivot-jewel bearing pair is the only dynamic and static contact component of flexible vertical rotor system, its support stiffness directly affects response system. A non-linear model system established, effect different elastic pivot stiffnesses on behavior investigated in combination with experiments. results show that increase rotational speed, has characteristics alternating period 1 quasi period, when speed reaches 550 r/s, 1/3 times low frequency whirl occurs rises to 675 amplitude higher than amplitude. With stiffness, at lower end decreases continuously but proportion “width” gradually increases. corresponding large periodic motion delayed from r/s 650 r/s. research can provide a theoretical basis for optimal design subsystem
